Refund Policy
At Linn Telehealth Service, led by Nurse Practitioner Theresa Tiffany Barker, customer satisfaction is important, and we strive to provide the best quality virtual healthcare consultations. Due to the nature of healthcare services provided online, please review our refund policy carefully:
- Payment for virtual consultation services is required upfront at the time of booking.
- Refunds are generally not provided once the consultation has been completed.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a full refund or credit towards a future consultation.
- Refund requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or for missed appointments will not be honored except in cases of documented emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
